The minutes of all Board meetings, with the exception of those separate minutes, identified as "confidential" will be published on The College Website following approval and signature by the Chair, and remain available for a period of 12 months.

Items excluded from publication will be reviewed on a regular basis in accordance with the Board's annual calendar.
